Syracuse, NY - It's officially "cold" season now and many of you have hung up your bikes for the season (at least outdoors) and are looking forward to next year. Amazingly enough, up here in central New York we're forecasted to receive 70 degree weather for Halloween while at the same time people out in the mid-west are getting freezing temperatures and snow! Don't fear northeasterners, we'll get ours soon enough.

Cyclocross Calendar Request
Cyclocross season has been going strong here in the northeast (check out the recent article about the Verge New England Series round 1) - I want to make sure all of your races are listed on the calendar, so PLEASE, if you see any that should be on there and aren't, send them to me! It's greatly appreciated!! We can't put a race on the calendar if we don't know it exists...

Training for Next Year Yet?
Just thought I would point out that this is the time of year that we should all start thinking about training for next year! Here at SpokePost.com we're going to do our best to make sure you have the information that you need to keep your training fresh and on the cutting edge. Half the battle with training is just getting out there and doing it. We'll be publishing a series of articles to help keep your training fresh and interesting this coming season.
