LINCOLN — Economists wring their hands about the woebegone condition of Rhode Island’s economy and seem to be at a loss about how to restore its vitality, but Al Lubrano says he has the answer.
PROVIDENCE — A Pawtucket man has been sentenced to a 10-year term in federal prison, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Friday. A federal judge sentenced Robert Cruz, 29, to 10 years in prison for trafficking in heroin and possessing a firearm.
