Yes let’s blame the discarded cigarette. But alas we have no proof it was a discarded cigarette, we will blame it on that any way.
Why not, we seem to do that for every fire that happens in Scotland.

Have you witch hunters not noticed, all you have done is create an army of street smokers. Which we did not have, before in such numbers. I.e. people standing out-side offices, shops, pubs, bookies, etc.
When I was a bairn my old grand father used to go on about the good old days. He has now been dead 10years. It has taken me all this time to relate to his statement, the good old days. If we could only turn back the clock.
