Yes let’s blame the discarded cigarette. But alas we have no proof it was a discarded cigarette, we will blame it on that any way. Why not, we seem to do that for every fire that happens in Scotland. Is it all part of the witch hunt against smokers, part of the propaganda machine. Which the sneaky politicians, also the media have constantly and relentlessly kept up over the last few years.
Have you witch hunters not noticed, all you have done is create an army of street smokers. Which we did not have, before in such numbers. I.e. people standing out-side offices, shops, pubs, bookies, etc. When I was a bairn my old grand father used to go on about the good old days. He has now been dead 10years. It has taken me all this time to relate to his statement, the good old days. If we could only turn back the clock. (What will the smoker be blamed for next)
HmM.. cigarette, cigarette.... *suspicious eyes*Has not the "Arthur' Seat" been on fire recently?
Might be a crazy person who put fire!
well, of course it it was a cigarette that caused it... isn't that the trendiest most fashionable cause to blame ? :)
let's face it, it's hardly likely to be some jakey schemie collied-up ass-hole that's caused this, surely ? huh ?
i mean, there's little chance of you gettin jellied up and not even feelin the fact that you've just burnt half your leg off and the couch is about to burst into flames, is there ? :D
