CENTRAL FALLS — A fire believed to have started in a living room couch Monday afternoon was extinguished by firefighters in an operation nearly complicated by a nearby oxygen tank.
PAWTUCKET— With an ambitious capital campaign on the horizon, the Pawtucket Armory Association has gone back to the future, so to speak, with its choice of Yvonne Seggerman as the new executive director.
